Chabad Mineola invites you to salute the hero in your life with the prestigious “Light Leaders Award”.
If your nominee is chosen, you come on the Telethon, on live screen, to personally make the presentation!
The person you nominate must reflect virtues that have made the most meaningful impact on your life. CLICK HERE TO NOMINATE YOUR HERO.
Also include a photo of both you and your honoree together holding a Menorah, as an expression of your appreciation for the light your nominee has given you. 
You may choose to nominate (although not restricted to) a family member, an educator or a community leader. These awards are open to all, regardless of age, religion or affiliation. Four “Light Leaders Awards” will be presented during the Chanukah Telethon.
Deadline Dec 4, 2014 at 12 noon. Winners announced Dec 8, 2014. All entries will be reviewed by a Blue-Ribbon Panel.
